Mountain Climber

Level Design

Mountain Climber is a 2d Platformer project done for a level design class that I designed and created in Unity. I dealt a lot not only with level design principles but also with programming in C# and debugging. I had used Unity before, but I learned a lot about using it during this project and have been able to help others with their Unity 2D issues since then! It can be played here and you can watch a playthrough of the graybox here.

Splat! (Global Game Jam 2015)

Art/Mechanics Design

Splat! is a vertical platformer made during Global Game Jam 2015, the theme being "What do we do now?" It can be played co-op or single player. The runner must jump and try to get as far up the tower as they can, and the fairy must drop paint on platforms in order to reveal them. Different platforms do different things such as move, fade, break, bounce, etc. I created the art and animations as well as determined the art direction. I also helped develop the original idea and worked on mechanics and platform design. The Global Game Jam page for the game can be found here, while the original game from the jam can be played here.

Adam Maximum and the Bear Police

Lead/Design/Art

Adam Maximum and the Bear Police is a 2d platformer I pitched for my game design class that was chosen to be continued as both paper and digital prototypes and then chosen to be pursued further until the end of the semester. It is a narrative-heavy stealth game taking place in the future. Bears have taken over the world, and it is your job to protect the last of the humans trying to find reference in the bear capitol of Ursapolis.

Cat on a Roomba

Art/Design

Cat on a Roomba is a mobile puzzle game prototype made in Canvas for my game design class. You control a cat on a roomba, who must collect all the trash in the level (a room, such as a living room) before your battery runs out and you must return to the charging station.

FML

Lead Designer/Artist

FML is a board game based on the stress of the modern corporate workday. It is a one versus many game in which the boss is trying to raise the stress levels of his/her employees so that they quit, while the employees are trying to do the same to the boss.

Biizara

Designer

In April 2014 I created a world named Biizara and a sci-fi tower defense game of the same name based on the world. I created three different towers, three different enemies, and a story for the world as well. I have full information on all enemies and towers as well as monetizing opportunities.
